Collection, treatment and management of maritime waste

The Port of Dunkirk has all the facilities needed to collect ship-generated waste and cargo residues.

For solid waste, collection with selective sorting is carried out at the request of the ship to the consignee and the sole service provider.

Liquid waste is collected by lorry or barge at the request of the consignee. It is carried out by approved companies.
